New Offices for IDC China

As a result of a growing demand for IDC China’s product design services, the company is celebrating a move to new offices to accommodate its expanding design studio.

When IDC launched IDC China back in 2011, it made history as the first British product design consultancy in Shanghai. It was met by a market that was ready to embrace Western design principles, and with a string of award-winning products, it soon gained a reputation as one of the top product design consultancies in Shanghai.

IDC China offers a full range of product design services to support Chinese companies, bridging the gap between Chinese and Western design for globally successful products. As well as this, IDC China has provided an extra dimension for IDC UK in offering on the ground support in China for British clients wishing to take advantage of Chinese manufacturing. This has benefited IDC’s British clients in the sourcing and manufacturing process by removing time delays, reducing costs and the risks associated with setting up a Chinese manufacturing supply chain remotely, particularly when it comes to protecting IP.
