Linked In Poll Identifies Common Causes of Delays in Product Developments

IDC has just completed a poll in Linked In which identifies some of the key factors which contribute to delaying a medical product development.

Votes were gathered from medical focused companies in the Medical Devices Group and Dry Powder Inhalers Group in Linked In. The results have been surprising, with changes to product specification and choice of team coming top as the most likely stumbling blocks along the way, whilst budget was given the least prominence along with technical and reliability problems.

IDC plans to continue its research into these areas over the coming months.
