IDC shortlisted for BEEAs 'Design Consultancy of the Year'

IDC has been shortlisted for Design Consultancy of the Year in 2012's 'British Engineering Excellence Awards.' (BEEAs)

The awards, which are used to promote the 'quality' in British engineering design, will be presented on October 25th 2012 in London.

IDC celebrates its 40th anniversary this year so recognition from the BEEA's couldn't come at a better time. IDC credits its selection to its initiative and risk in opening up a subsidiary office in Shanghai. This shows they are taking steps to preserve the 'IDC legacy' by choosing to invest in China, an economy that is set to boom over the next 10 years.

IDC's presence has already been well received in China having worked with medical giants such as FOOSIN, China’s largest suturecompany and XFT whose CPR assistant won IDC the prestigious ‘Red Star DesignAward.’

For a small company IDC is determined to be a key global player, which has been recognised by the industry.
